About me

A black-and-white photo of a woman sitting on sandy ground with large rocks behind her. She has long, wavy hair, wears a sports bra and leggings, and is looking at the camera with her hand resting on her chin.
A woman in athletic wear poses on a rocky surface outdoors, standing with one foot on the ground and the other foot on a rock, with her hand on her back and her head turned slightly to the side, against a clear sky.

Hi, I’m Sheila Ghanian.

I’m devoted to liberating your wildest truth and desires — the parts of you that were told to behave, be quiet, or fit neatly into boxes you never belonged in.

I know those boxes well. I lived inside the “good girl” conditioning long enough to know the exquisite freedom of breaking free and stepping into authentic expression.

As a dancer and fitness instructor, I honor the body as our greatest teacher — one that speaks in sensation, rhythm, and intuition.

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, have studied psychology and neurobiology, and am certified in Embodied Intimacy and Relationship Coaching. My work bridges the science of the mind with the wisdom of the body, creating experiences that are grounding, transformative, and delightfully alive.

Through embodiment, pleasure, and play, I guide people back into their aliveness — so they can live, move, and love with more freedom, depth, and joy.

 You weren’t made to behave.

You were made to be you.
