About me

Hi, I’m Sheila.

The people I work with are often accomplished, driven, self-aware. Successful in almost every area of life — except their intimacy, sensuality, and aliveness.

Along the way, they turned down the volume on pleasure, eroticism, and their own body. My work is about teaching you to hold both. Because your pleasure isn't a distraction from your success.

It's what makes it all meaningful.

I have lived and felt this personally…

I spent years inside the "good girl" and "my work is my worth"scripts — performing, pleasing, staying inside the lines. I know what it costs.

What changed wasn't mindset. It was learning to listen through movement, breath, and sensation. Discovering the pleasure and power of my own authenticity. Of owning my desires, even the ones that didn't come true.

That's the work I now guide others through.

I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am certified in Embodied Intimacy and Relationship Coaching. As a dancer and movement teacher, I've spent years studying the body as a source of intelligence, not just a vehicle for productivity.

My approach bridges neurobiology, somatic practice, and lived body wisdom. Rigorous and felt. Scientific and alive.
